Basic housing is provided with private bedrooms and shared kitchen and bath. Non-New York State artists are assessed a nominal monthly rent. Artists are responsible for their own meals and transportation. Both the apartment and studio have fully equipped kitchens. No pets are allowed in the studio or the artists’ apartment.
